GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12014

NOTICE is givern pursuant to the provisions of Disposal of uncollected Goods Act (Cap 38) laws of Kenya, to Geoffrey Kariuki Mbugua, the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KAE 065P, Mercedese Benz E200, to collect the said motor vehicle from the premises of Automan Garage, of P.O. Box 235–00600, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding garage and storage charges, and any other expenses together with costs of publication, failure to comply with this notice to collect the said motor vehicle shall result in the vehicle being sold by public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owner and the proceeds thereof shall be defrayed against the said charges and in the event of any shortfall the owner shall be liabale for the same.
