PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of uncollected Goods Act (Cap 38) laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KQF 422, Range Rover saloon green cream manufactured in 1974 to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, from the premises of Kenya Vehicle Manufacturers Limited in Thika upon payment of all the outstanding repairs, storage and related charges, failure to which the motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private treaty, without further notice and the proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
