NOTICE is given that by order of the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi dated the 3rd July, 2012, Peterson Wambugu Wangai, of Wambugu Wangai and Company, Certified Public Accountants of P.O. Box 8822–00100, Nairobi, was appointed liquidator for the THE KENYA GAZETTE 24th August, 2012 3096 3096 purpose of winding-up the above named company without a Committee of Inspection. Notice is further given that any creditor of the above-mentioned company is required, on or before the 20th September, 2012, to send full particulars of any claim they may have against the company, to the liquidator, Perma Structural Engineering Company Limited, P.O. Box 8822–00200, Nairobi, and if so required by notice in writing from liquidator, to come personally or by their advocate to 2nd Floor, Hughes Building, Muindi Mbingu Street in Nairobi, and prove their debts or claims set out in such particulars or, in default thereof, they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
