TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 139 OF 2012 By (1) Tabarbuch Timbilil and (2) Theresia Timbilil, both of P.O. Box 111, Kapsowar in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timbilil Kiriswo, late of Tenden Sub-location, who died at Tenden Sub-location on 15th February, 2001. CAUSE NO. 203 OF 2012 By Esther Jepkoech Kimeli, of P.O. Box 1049, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kimeli Kwambai, late of Kaptarakwa, Keiyo District, who died at Kaptarakwa, Keiyo District, on 25th December, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
