REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Nyangweso S. Ochieng (deceased), is the registered proprietor of those pieces of land known as Butsotso/Shikoti/7049, 4628 and 5622, situate in the district of Kakamega, and whereas grant of letters of administration to the estate of James Nyangweso S. Ochieng have been vested to Eunice Anyango Okal by the Kakamega High Court, and whereas the said title deeds issued to James Nyangweso S. Ochieng cannot be traced, and whereas the same is deemed to have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to register the instrument of registration for proprietor by transmission.
