WHEREAS Obed Mbae, of P.O. Box 3261, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as liquidator Chuka F. C. S. of those pieces of land containing 0.7, 4.2, 1,9, 2.6, 2.4, 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Meru South, registered under title Nos. Karingani/Ndagani/677, Karingani/Ndagani/955, Karingani/ Mugirirwa/657, Karingani/Gitarene/981, Karingani/Muiru/836, and Karingani/Muiru/836, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
