WHEREAS Julius M. Mwasaru, of P.O. Box 87394, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land known as Mombasa/MN/Block I/721, within Mombasa Municipality in the district of Mombasa, by virtue of a certificate of lease registered as Mombasa/MN/Block I/721, measuring 0.0180 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
