IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) and (c) of the Kenya Meat Commission Act, the Minister for Livestock Development appoints— FRANCIS KINYUA to be a member of the Board of Kenya Meat Commission, for a period of three (3) years, with immediate effect.
