CAUSE NO. 876 OF 2012 By (1) Joel Kilonzo Mutua and (2) Naom Mumo Mutua, both of P.O. Box 1050, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased‘s son and daughter- in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luisa Syomiti Mutua, late of Kavilinguni Sub-location, who died at Kavilinguni Sub-location, on 7th January, 1995.
