GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12503

WHEREAS Ukwala Location, of P.O. Box 9—40606, Ukwala in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as North Ugenya/Simur/1059, situate in the district of Siaya, and whereas the High Court at Kisumu, in land case No. 26 of 2009, has ordered that the said pieces of land be transferred to Dalmas Opiyo Yonga, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has executed an instrument of transfer in favour of Everest Abiero Ameny, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the title deed that was issued to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and 7th September, 2012 THE KENYA GAZETTE issue a land title deed to the said Dalmas Opiyo Yonga, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Everest Abiero Ameny, shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
