APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) (a) of the
Kenya Meat Commission Act, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and
Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces of the Republic of Kenya, appoint—
ABDINASSIR ALI HASSAN to be Chairman of the Board of the Kenya Meat Commission, for a period of three (3) years.
