NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th August, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2913, in Volume DI, Folio 194/3219, File No. MMXII, by our client, Levit Kago Rusagara, of P.O. Box 58485– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Levit Kagorora alias Levit Kagorora Rusagara, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Levit Kagorora alias Levit Kagorora Rusagara, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Levit Kago Rusagara, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Levit Kago Rusagara only.
