NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th September, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 56, in Volume B-13, Folio 987/5444, File No. 1637, by our client, Zahra Masika Mohamed Soud, of P.O. Box 95684–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Masika Mohamed Soud, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Masika Mohamed Soud, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Zahra Masika Mohamed Soud, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Zahra Masika Mohamed Soud only.
