NOTICE is issued in pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Timothy Maloi, the owner of assorted goods of clothing and household item to take delivery of the said goods from the premises of Maflo Limited, at NRB/BLK 140/310/08, Embakasi, P.O. Box 21338–00505, Nairobi, the registered owner of the above property within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of costs of publishing this notice, failure to which the said goods will be sold by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds for sale shall be defrayed against any further accrued storage charges and balance, if any, shall remain at the owners’s credit, but should there be a shortfall, the owner shall be liable thereof.
