GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 15608

WHEREAS Andrea Rotich Bii, of P.O. Box 169, Londian in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kericho/Sorget/Kalyet/Saramek/289, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Kericho, in civil Misc. Appl. No. 97 of 2008, has ordered that the land be subdivided into two portions and 0.85 hectare or thereabouts, be transferred to the applicant, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance of an order of the said court executed a mutation and transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Taita arap Rotich, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue a land title deed to the said Taita arap Rotich, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Andrea Rotich Bii, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
