GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 15607

WHEREAS Kikanae Saayai, of P.O. Box 4, Narok, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Cis-Mara/Olkinyei/403, situate in the district of Narok, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Narok in land dispute tribunal case no. 22 of 2010, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) William Letoo Letina, (2) Parmois Ole Ngotiek and (3) Sekeyian Ngotiek and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer in favour of (1) William Letoo Letina, (2) Parmois Ole Ngotiek and (3) Sekeyian Ngotiek, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to (1) William Letoo Letina, (2) Parmois Ole Ngotiek and (3) Sekeyian Ngotiek, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kikanae Saayai, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
