GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 15600

WHEREAS Pricilla Wachuka Mwai (ID/13280600), of P.O. Box 1950, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.042 hectare or thereabouts, known as Naivasha/Mwichiringiri Block 4/9388, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas the senior principal magistrates’ court at Naivasha in miscellaneous application No. 2 of 2011, has issued a court order dated 18th January, 2011, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to Tabitha Wanjiru Josiah, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Pricilla Wachuka Mwai, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
