REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ichuhi s/o Manda, of P.O. Box 38, Othaya in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Chinga/Kiaguthu/264, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession cause No. 335 of 2010, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Geofrey Kihuria Waithaka, of P.O. Box 38, Othaya, and whereas the land title deed issued to the registered proprietor is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue a land title deed to the said Geofrey Kihuria Waithaka, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ichuhi s/o Manda shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
