REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kultar Singh Hanspal, of P.O. Box 39009–00623, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land containing 5.0 acres or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 7741/63, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 9874/1, and whereas Kultar Singh Hawpal has executed an instrument of deed of gift in favour of Alkan Roshanlal Sharma, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said certificate of title registered as I.R. No. 9874/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of deed of gift.
