WHEREAS Osman Yusuf Mohamed, of P.O. Box 17575-00500, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in 2nd November, 2012 THE KENYA GAZETTE leasehold interest of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/15630, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease registered as No. I.R. 98759/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
