NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th September, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 501, in Volume BI3, Folio 986/5422, File No. 1637, by our client, Josephine Amahoro Wasonga, of P.O. Box 88878–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Josephine Awuor Wasonga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Josephine Awuor Wasonga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Josephine Amahoro Wasonga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Josephine Amahoro Wasonga only.
