NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st September, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2574, in Volume DI, Folio 192/3156, File No. MMXII, by my me, Purity Nkirote Kamathi, of P.O. Box 1977, Meru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Purity Akeno Kamathi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Purity Akeno Kamathi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Purity Nkirote Kamathi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Purity Nkirote Kamathi only.
