NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle, reg. No. KAS 832Y, to collect the said vehicle from L.R. No. 84778, Nairobi County and on which plot standas Machakos Auto Garage, upon payment of storage charges within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to which the said vehicle will be sold by public auction or private treaty to defray storage charges in accordance with the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act.
