APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS Okundi Onyango, of P.O. Box 1609, Nakuru, was appointed liquidator of Ng’ondu Farmers Co-operative Limited (in liquidation) (CS/1090) and whereas the said Okundi Onyango, of P.O. Box 1609, Nakuru, is unable to act as liquidator. Now therefore, I appoint Xavier Lugaga, District Co-operative Officer, Njoro District, P.O. Box 500, Njoro, to be liquidator in the matter of the said co-operative society for a period not exceeding one (1) year and authorize him to take into his custody all the property of the said society including such books and documents as are deemed necessary for completion of the liquidator.
