IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (4) of the Political Parties Act, 2011, the Registrar of Political Parties gives notice that the following party has applied for full registration under section 7 of the Political Parties Act, 2011 with its symbol and colours as tabulated below: Party Symbols Colours Republican Congress Party of Kenya (RC) Stallion Yellow and Red Any person or any other political party with objections to the registration of the name, symbol or colours of the above party or any other issue relating to the registration of the political party shall within 7 days make their written submissions to the Registrar of Political Parties.
