GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 15428
PURSUANT to clause 2 of part III of the Schedule of Tariffs 2008, notice is given that all prices for electrical energy specified in part II of the said schedule will be liable to a foreign exchange fluctuation adjustment of plus 224 cents per kWh. for all meter readings taken in October, 2012.
Information used to calculate the adjustment:

KenGen foreign fluctuation amount of KSh. 582,932,529.76 include KSh. 257,313,891.44 being recovery for Kipevu III foreign exchange losses incurred during construction.
