TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 85 OF 2011 By Andrew Lankaster McNaughton alias Andrew Lancaster McNaughton alias Andrew Lancaster McNoughton, of P.O. Box 106– 80202, Watamu in Kenya, the deceased’s stepson, through Messrs. Nyairo & Co., advocates, for a grant of probate and administration de bonis non cum testamento annexo to the estate of Angela Constance McNaughton, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 26th November, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
