Box 4290–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marisela Nzilani Ngila, late of Kitwii Sub-location, who died at Kangundo, on 23rd June, 2007. CAUSE NO. 656 OF 2012 By Bernard Nzuki Musila, of P.O. Box 1034, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musila Mathiela, late of Isinga, who died at Machakos, on 13th May, 1984. Box 1151, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Musembi Nzioka, late of Mutituni, who died at M. P. Hospital in Kenya, on 10th January, 2009. CAUSE NO. 1053 OF 2012 By Richard Wambua Matheka of P.O. Box 1, Mwala in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Musyoka Matheka, late of Mwala, who died at Kangundo General Hospital in Kenya, on 29th February, 2000.
