REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Geoffrey Kamau Mbugua (ID/9831628), of P.O. Box 51121, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. Ruiru/Ruiru West Block 2/114, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, and efforts to made to locate the said land register (Green card) have failed, notice is hereby given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such reconstruction the said missing land register shall be to be deemed and of no effect.
