APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) of the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act, the Chief Justice appoints— DOLPHINE OKUNDI, Senior Principal Magistrate, as special magistrate to preside over cases involving corruption and economic crimes in the area of jurisdiction of her current court station and future stations deployed to from time to time with effect from 1st October, 2012.
