IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (1) (h) of the Rongo University College Order, 2011, the Minister for Higher Education, Science and Technology appoints— JAMES TEKO LOPOYETUM to be a Council member of Rongo University College, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 22nd October, 2012.
