Box 58543– 00200, Nairobi, formerly known as Richard Wang’ombe Kabiro, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Richard Wang’ombe Kabiro, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Richard Kivunaga Madsen, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Richard Kivunaga Madsen only.
