APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an order dated 13th September, 2012, I, appointed John Chrys Otieno, Co-operative Auditor, P.O. Box 84, Eldoret, to be liquidator of Eltex Sacco Limited (in liquidation) (CS/2699), for a period not exceeding one year and whereas the said John Chrys Otieno, has not been able to complete the liquidation: Now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation with effect from the 13th September, 2012, for another period not exceeding one year for the said John Chrys Otieno, to act as liquidator in the matter of the aid co-operative society.
