REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bonventure Wesonga Odionyi, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Bukhayo/Lupida/454, situate in district of Busia, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Busia, has ordered that said piece of land be cancelled and the title be registered to Beatrice Monanda Odionyi, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the documents therein.
