NOTICE is given that the land described on the schedule hereto has been duly set apart in accordance with the provisions of Part IV of the Trust Land Act, for the purposes specified in the said schedule. SCHEDULE Place.—Bubisa. Purpose.—Gitson Energy. Area.—60,705.0 hectares approximately. The land is situated approximately 35.0 kilometres to the north of Marsabit. The boundaries are demarcated on the ground and are described as follows: Starting from point “A”, which is an angle iron in concrete from which trig PT 89/A/49 and trig 89/A/36 are 9.50 kilometres and 31.0 km. distance on bearing of 073031'00" and 253032'00", respectively; thence for 37.2 kilometres on a bearing of 111030'00" to point “B”; thence for a distance of 17.3 kilometres on a bearing of 216030'00" to point “C”; thence for a distance of 32.4 kilometres on a bearing of 291015'00" to point “D”; thence for a distance of 16.60 kilometres on a bearing of 20030'00" back to “A” starting point. All bearing given above are magnetic. A plan of the area may be inspected at the office of the District Commissioner, Chalbi. Dated the 11th September, 2012. Z. A.
