NOTICE is given that the land described on the schedule hereto has been duly set apart in accordance with the provisions of Part IV of the Trust Land Act, for the purposes specified in the said schedule. SCHEDULE Place.—Mitaboni, Mariakani, Kaloleni District. Purpose.—Business-cum residential. Area.—2.02 hectares approximately 5 acres. The land is situated approximately 3 kilometres to the north-west of Mariakani Township. The boundaries are demarcated on the ground and are described as follows: Starting from point “A”, which is an iron pin on concrete from which spot height 207 and spot height 19751 are 3650m and 11,400 m distant on bearing of 158030'00" and 115030'00" respectively, thence for a distance of 100.00m on a bearing of 131010'56" to point “MK2”– 1 PC; thence for a distance of 156.50m on a bearing of 210008'29" to point “MK3”–1 PC; thence for a distance of 156.50m on a bearing of 308008'19" to point “MK4”–1 PC; thence for a distance of 160.00m on a bearing of 49014'39" back to MK1 starting point. All bearing given above are magnetic. A plan of the area may be inspected at the office of the District Commissioner, Kaloleni. Dated the 13th September, 2012. Z. A.
