IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (l) of Ewaso Ngiro South Development Authority Act, the Minister for Regional Development Authorities appoints— Beatrice Sabana (Ms.), Lt.-Gen. (Rtd.) Nick Leshan, David K. Kitasho, Michael K. Tanchu, Wilfred M.
