APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) (c) of the Sugar Act, 2001, the Minister for Agriculture appoints— JASWANT S. RAI to be a member of the Kenya Sugar Board, for a period of two (2) years and six (6) months, with effect from the 27th August, 2012. The appointment of Evans Kidero (Dr.)*, is revoked.
