PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owner of Mitsubishi Lancer motor vehicle reg. No. KAK 243B, engine No. CK2ASNJR, engine No. 4G15, frame No. JMYSNCK2AVOO 2548, white in colour, to collect the said vehicle from the premises Mechanic Grogon Garage within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding repair, storage and related charges including costs of publication of this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private treaty without further notice and the proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
