EXTENSION

PURSUANT to the application of the Commissioner of Insurance in exercise of the powers conferred under section 67C (3) of the Insurance Act to the Orders of the Court subsequently issued on the 14th September, 2012, the period of the Statutory Management is extended for the period of twelve (12) months commencing 14th September, 2012.
