Box 1046, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsang Arap Koin, late of Cheptabach, Kapkong, who died there, on 11th August, 1994. CAUSE NO. 273 OF 2012 By (1) Shillah Chesire and (2) James Kirwa Kemboi, both of P.O. Box 141–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kiprotich Cherus, late of Kiptabus, who died along Iten–Tambach Road, on 24th April, 2011. CAUSE NO. 285 OF 2012 By (1) Rael Jelimo Cheruiyot, (2) Jane Tapkili Cheruiyot, (3) Abraham Kipruto Cheruiyot and (4) Henry Kiprotich Yegoh, all of P.O. Box 634–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased‘s widows and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Kipyego Cheruiyot, who died on 24th May, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
