GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 13639

WHEREAS James Mburu Gicheru, of P.O. Box 4716, in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Eldoret/Municipality Block 5/471, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the court in succession cause No. 236 of 2007, has issued grant of letters of administration of grant in favour of Esther Nyambura Mburu, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered in the name of Esther Nyambura Mburu, and whereas the certificate of lease issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in the name of Esther Nyambura Mburu, and upon such registration the certificate of lease issued earlier to the said James Mburu Gicheru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
