WHEREAS Ali Kassim Mwanganga, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Msambweni ‗A‘/3269, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost and efforts to trace it have failed, notice is hereby given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
