IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3C (2) of the Wildlife (Conservation and Management) (Amendment) Act, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces of the Republic of Kenya, appoint— WILLIAM KIBET KIPRONO to be the Director of Kenya Wildlife Service, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 1st October, 2012.
