WHEREAS Josphat Gitungo Mbugua, is registered propretor of share certificate No. 9736, Mbo-i-Kamiti Farmers Limited, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that share certificate issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, a new share certicate shall be issued by the said company to Josphat Gitungo Mbugua.
