GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7007

WHEREAS Ebrahim Kathurima (ID/2506586), is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kirindine ‘A’/1912, situate in the district of Meru North, and whereas the chief magistrates’ court at Maua, in civil suit No. 3 of 2011, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to David Mugambi, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the piece of land in favour of the said David Mugambi, and whereas efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect 25th May, 2012 THE KENYA GAZETTE of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer to the said David Mugambi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ebrahim Kathurima, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
