GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7001

WHEREAS Francis Kanyanjua Mwangi, of P.O. Box 30510, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nairobi/Block 93/1257, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Milimani Commercial and Tax Division in civil suit No. 555 of 2009, has ordered that the sale of the said property by Muganda Wasulwa, trading as Keysan Auctioneers, on 17th December, 2009, to Comat Merchants Limited, be cofirmed and made absolute, and whereas all THE KENYA GAZETTE 25th May, 2012 1822 1822 efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the certificate of lease issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with the registration of the Court order and issue a certificate of lease to Comat Merchants Limited, and upon such registration the certificate of lease issued earlier to Francis Kanyanjua Mwangi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
