WHEREAS (1) Timothy Ranji Mbuthia, (2) Paul Ngige Karanja, (3) Catherine Kangethe and (4) Cannon John Kamau, all of P.O. Box 4129—00506, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 2.01 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Kajiado/Kitengela/108, and whereas the first edition of the land register showing aforesaid ownership is lost, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show the said ownership and loss, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall open another land register.
