THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

TRANSFER

WHEREAS Achoki Nyaumbania (ID/1657640/64), of P.O. Box 347, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.2 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kisii Central, registered under title No. Nyaribari Chache/B/B/Boburia/3154, and whereas the parcel was charged to National Bank, and the Bank has sold it to Fabius Mokora Keuya, and whereas the sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of the land is missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and transfer the land to Fabius Mokora Keuya and issue him with a new title deed.
