THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Kamere, of P.O. Box 72372, Nairobi is the registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land containing 2.025 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 12715/288, situate north west of Athi River in the Machakos District, held under grant registered as I.R. 44660/1, and whereas the said Simon Kamere has lodged an instrument of transfer in favour of Join Ven Investments Limited, a liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office at Nairobi, of Post Office Box No. 17724–500, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the grant registered as I.R. 44660/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant, and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer.
